I'm here to be a guide and facilitator for you on your path. And let me be very clear - it IS YOUR PATH, not mine.
I've been trained and certified in various healing and integration modalities over the past several years. You can read more about my path and my credentials here. All of my training, experience and more will emerge as we work together.
What is true is that Breath is often our way in. Most sessions will include some breathwork component. Learning how to listen to what the breath is trying to say to us is one of the most important things we can do to live a life that is in alignment with our soul. We begin to journey back to present moment awareness. As we learn what the breath is teaching us, we begin to integrate and heal whatever has been holding us back.
The first step is always a consultation done over phone or video. We need to meet to determine what your soul is calling for and how I can help. This is a free, 30-minute consultation. From there, we can determine the best next steps. This might mean coming to a breath group or doing some one-on-one work together. Based on each individual’s need I will chart a course forward, sharing my thinking and intuition with you along the way.
This is a deeply resonant process and I am honored you are considering working together.
